Boost i450 faceplate

I have purchased faceplates for my i450 Boost phones and got them through a link from boostmobile.com website. I was told (read) that I needed to buy a special little screwdriver to change them out. Now I have received them and the screwdriver and CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO EVEN GET INTO THE FRONT!! (The back is simple as it is only the battery cover). Boost says to TAKE it to a Nextel dealer to change it for me, Nextel here doesn't have the Boost phones yet (I bought them in another state) and can't help.
HELP!....Somebody?
