Boclean 4.27 crashes

Oct 20, 2008 7:56PM PDT

Boclean 4.27 has encountered a problem and needs to close.. The only way I get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall Boclean.Just to have it crash again. It shows up in event veiwer as a APP. error with a fault address of 0x00019ab3. Boclean just started doing this 4 days ago. I am running Windows XP Home SP3.

Thanks for an help,
Rick

Antispam, Antispyware & Virus Protection. It is a lot better than BOClean but does need to be updated from time to time. Firewall/ Defense & Security Mode is set to Training Mode and Display Balloon Messages is unchecked; use the second to check and and it will san your computer Under Defense+; Miscellaneous will update the firewall.
I had BOClean 4.25 with the firewall and there was a conflict. Darrell

It should be posted there also.

I mentioned in my post that there was a conflict, missing icons when I originally had just BOClean 4.25: when I installed Comodo Firewall Pro 3.03.078. I also mentioned I have Windows XP sp1,sp2 & sp3. There may be a conflict there on Service Pack 3. Darrell L
