BO's fix

Nov 14, 2013 11:17PM PST

is to 'delay' for a year so he can blame the rotten insurance companies for not giving those people back their plans that were cancelled by LAW so that Dems won't lose the entire Senate and House next year. Conveniently, today's date would put that election about two week's AFTER that election when cancellations would again be in place.

He said yesterday in his press conference, that 'he's not stupid'......but he obviously thinks the people are. And by EO, he cannot force the insurance companies to comply and put them into the position of spending big bucks to put old cancelled policies back into place and then turn around and cancel them all again in a few months.

What a joke this azzhole is........

the bill that just passed in the House that tells the insurance companies to reinstate those cancelled policies for far longer than the year that BO wants to give them....because what the 'dictator' giveth, he can taketh away by EO whenever he wants to; whereas the House bill would be an amendment to his law and permanently on the books as such. NOBODY is trusting this jerk, not even some of his Dems.......but Reid will probably pocket the bill AGAIN and not allow HIS Dems to vote on it.

So BO's statement was nothing more than a way to 'take the heat off the WH' and point at Reps and the insurance companies as the bad guys.......the Reps because he KNOWS they want the whole thing trashed, and the insurance companies because he KNOWS they can't (and WON'T) reverse the cancellations on a whim of his without benefit of a LAW telling them to because the LAW says otherwise right now, and they won't get caught up in his 'pissing' contest when it's all for political/Dem reasons and not because he actually gives a crap about the people he's screwed with his regulations.

Can he "fix" this?
Nov 15, 2013 1:42PM PST

Insurance companies starting to drop doctors off their approved providers, keeping less available for those they insure. It will lower cost, but increase waiting times in doctor's offices and probably result in lesser care or quality of care, especially for those on Medicare. Of course this whole health thing fits in with the Democrats plan to legalize the illegal aliens here through a backdoor process of Obamacare, evidence by California being the largest number of signees yet for Obamacare.

"UnitedHealth drops thousands of doctors from insurance plans: WSJ
UnitedHealth Group dropped thousands of doctors from its networks in recent weeks, leaving many elderly patients unsure whether they need to switch plans to continue seeing their doctors, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday.

The insurer said in October that underfunding of Medicare Advantage plans for the elderly could not be fully offset by the company's other healthcare business. The company also reported spending more healthcare premiums on medical claims in the third quarter, due mainly to government cuts to payments for Medicare Advantage services.

The Journal report said that doctors in at least 10 states were notified of being laid off the plans, some citing "significant changes and pressures in the healthcare environment." According to the notices, the terminations can be appealed within 30 days."

Did I call it or what?!

The very next day, it's announced.

"A crucial fix for the ailing Obama healthcare law could come in the form
of legalizing immigrants so they could receive coverage and participate
in the program's exchanges, one Colorado lawmaker says.

Rep. Jared Polis on Friday called upon Congress to grant illegal
immigrants citizenship rights that would allow them access to the
federally mandate health coverage, the Washington Times reported."

Actually Wilson called it long before anyone else

During that SOTU speech (at least I think it was the SOTU address, but it could have been any one of the early on speeches BO gave frequently), BO flatly stated that illegals would not have access to the new 'healthcare reform' that BO wanted put into place, and Joe Wilson stated loudly "YOU LIE"......for which he had to apologize for. He knew the truth all along.

I wish some big media would pick up on that, replay that section and then point out how correct he was and how lying Obama was.
