Bluish zones on Samsung LED 3D TV

Can someone help me. I recently upgraded firmware on my LED 3D UA40C7000WR from samsung's website. The problem is i noticed that the picture is more grainy and there are shades of blue on the screen, no matter what i do with the tv settings that i have been getting info from the threads on here. Can someone help me pls.

Yes it happens on all inputs. Yes i have tried resetting my decoder for cable but its still the same.
