Question

Bluetooth/USB keyboard unable to connect only to laptop

May 16, 2019 7:48PM PDT

I just got a new laptop, and various stuff to go with it, including a wired/wireless keyboard and a wireless rechargeable mouse. Everything was working fine, until I came home, turned on my computer, and the keyboard wouldn't connect. The connection between the laptop and the mouse works fine, so it's not my computer's bluetooth. The keyboard works with my phone, so it's not the keyboard. I tried the wired USB connection, and that didn't work. The laptop's keyboard works, so it's not the laptop's ability to process keyboard input. There is something that is wrong exclusively between this keyboard and this computer. I'm baffled.
