Bluetooth problem in motorola xt800

Please guide me - In my motorola xt800 smart phone, while disconnecting my bluetooth yestserday, it just hanged and indicated a message to force close. I have done that. From that time onwards i cant able to open the bluetooth and it just indicating - "Turning on" and after 30 seconds it back to "Turn on" only. I cant able to establish bluetooth connection. I tried several times.

Please guide me how to rectify the mistake.

I wonder why you would not restart the phone. I know folk are adverse to many things but installing more apps would only make the issue worse in my opinion.
