I have installed bluetooth drivers into my my Dell Inspiron n5010 laptop.But during installation it cannot able to install some files.Can any one give the solution for this ASAP

Looking at the details in your post I have little to work with. But let me share. On Windows xp, vista and 7 my usb bluetooth adapters plug in and just work. I didn't have to install drivers.
And these are those 6 buck adapters you see all over!

But for that we need to buy the bluetooth adapter.But in my laptop Bluetooth faciltity is provided.The only thing we need to do is to install the drivers.So pls help me out to solve this problem
