Bluetooth noise during music playback

by bcarradio / July 26, 2008 9:39 PM PDT

I have a Motorola Bluetooth stereo PC adapter(D200) and Bluetooth DJ headset (S805). Gateway tower PC and music source(s) from Rhapsody, CD's, internet radio. I hear a static crash at random during music play back. When I replay the music the static noise is not there.
Some times I hear it frequently other times not at all during the song. Here is what I have done, Updated all the driver(s),disconnected all USB ports and left only the PC adapter plugged in. The static noise is still there. Replaced the PC adapter 3 times.
Turned off all things electrical, in the apartment static still there. The play music quality is very good and the range is good.
But this noise has me on edge. I listen to new age music which is low key. If this was ZZ top it might not be as noticeable?

If they don't offer a fix, return as defective.

Static Crash

I know this is an old thread however I just bought a D200 and I am having the same problem. Wondered if you ever resolved the issue? The D200 works pretty good on my laptop and I only get the static crash once in a while but on my desktop it is very frequent.

In reply to: Static Crash

I returned the product as defective. All the units did the same so it is a defective product. The maker's support was non-existent so chalk it up as a failed product. Our only hope is that returns cause the company to cave.

I am using the D200 on my laptop with no problem. It must be something with my desktop causing the static bursts. I just have to figure out what it is. More to follow.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
