Many thanks for any help

Must be a new thing.

In the past bluetooth keyboards didn't work at all. So.... you did see it on the features of the set and in the product manual? Or just paired it and tried? I didn't check the manual yet but most sets before this had us using keyboards like the Logitech K400.

bluetooth keybord paired with Samsung TV
Dec 28, 2014 7:30AM PST

Hi Bob
What i did is allowed from the product manual.
And the bluetooth keyboard as been paired normally. The smart TV gived the code to enter into the keyboard.
But it seems like there a re no bluetooth keyboard paired.
Nb: i did try with a Logitech keyboard (using the Logitech bluetooth USB dongle) and the result is the same.

So what do i have to do? Do i need to flag something somewhere ?

Nb: both keyboards are working fine with a Lenovo windows tablet and a MacBook Pro (in both environnement Apple & Windows)

Best regards
