Bluetooth

I just bought a PalmOne Zire 72 pda that is "bluetooth" enabled. I currently have two laptops and two desktops that are on Time Warner Cable's wireless internet using the extra USB adaptors that I bought (one NetGear and one Belkin). What do I need to do to my laptop to get my pda online? Also, would it work if I signed up for a Boingo or Verizon mobile wireless internet account while I travel? The four pc's have XP or ME on them. Thanks.
