bluescreen of death cause by video card or hdd ?!

hi there.
i recently have bluescreen problem on windows 8.1 lenovo z500 laptop .there is nothing new no specific app instalation no drivers update no nothing just normal use as before i even restore my windows to days back and it helped for 1 or 2 days but after that problem begin again and this time seems to cause by my nvidia i can't play games with my nvidia graphic card any more they stuck on logo even in the nvidia control panel the spining logo is not there anymore !! i tryed and removed driver with display adapter uninstaller (ddu) in safe mod and reinstall it for 2 or 3 times sometimes nvidia dirver install could not t find my compatible hardware to install driver ! after that i manage to install driver and restarting windows first few seconds all things in nvidia control panel is normal and there is spinnig logo but if i try to run game with my nvidia cart it runs for first and i will get bluescreen in game or it don't run and all things go crazy with nvidia control panel again there will be no spinning logo for preview and if i touch anything in nvidia control panel device get freez and i have to reset it with force powering of with power button . all games run with integrated graphic card no problem . but in the other hand i get blue screen in normal use too(not more common but still there in 7 blue screen that i have got recently 2 of them did happend when i had do nothing with graphic card) like browsing web page or just computer is on and do nothing or no games in background so i am really confused i have a report from my 7 recently blue screen in text file from BlueScreenView and upload it in google drive so if its possible take a look at it . and i checked my hdd hard with hd tune and all was normal except "calibration retry count" that it was from first day and it is normal in some seagate hdds.but . i would be very thankful for you suggestions .

To sniff out a bad hdd today

I clone it to a good new drive. This is how it's done and can really upset the new to this tech.

As to the drivers I would NOT go down the road you went. I would stick to the factory issued OS and drivers unless I took the machine up to W10.

The final bad news is that at a few years old you do see these gamers bluescreen a lot and repair requires a fresh OS factory restore and if that fails, usually a new motherboard.

thanks man changing windows is really really painful lots of apps like visual studio,android studio,photoshop,unity3D with all their files and lots of games with our their updates and patches Plain

When the Intel graphics work but not the Nvidia, guess what you just revealed?

-> That out of the way did the owner keep up with the 1st of the month canned air to the vents routine?

Some don't and the machine is fried.

So you say problem is graphic chipset it self?Sad
Is it repairable ? Where i am living the air that we breath is dusty so i have no choice buddy.
Acutally i use vacum cleaner to remove some dust from it time to time.i fresh installd the windows and unfortunately nothing changed bluescreen did not happen till now but still nvidia control panels has problem and still no logo spining there and for sure i cant play games with nvidia and changing option on nvidia control panel make whole system freeze
