Question

Bluescreen at startup

Jul 17, 2012 12:46AM PDT

Hi

When I try to start Windows XP I get a very quick bluescreen message (too quick for me to read) and it then automatically goes into a restart loop. I have tried to start in Safe Mode, and all the other options in the list, but it will not allow me to do so.
Can anyone tell me how to sort this problem as I desperately need to access my university thesis on there as the deadline is fast approaching for its submission.

Thanks
Maresa
