Bluecoat Security Gateway - IM problem

My employer has apparently started using this software (or whatever it is), and I can no longer log into Yahoo messenger or AOL Instant Messenger. Is there a way for me to get around it, without getting into trouble with my company, of course? Happy

You talk to the IT staff about how to do that. Any other method could be taken as trying to thwart the companies efforts of sucuring the network.
