Question

Blue Screen/Can't get into safe mode/No disc

Hello. I am getting the blue screen of death and it is so quick, I cant even read the error code. It is on a constant loop and trying to go to safe mode using shift and F8 fail. I cannot get into sing in page so there is no option to boot from here. It is just the ASUS logo followed by the blue screen which just flashes and then goes back to ASUS,

i bought this loaded with Windows 8 but did updates so might be 8.1 now...but honestly not sure. So, I do NOT have a way to reload windows. (I saw the post on getting windows legally however, I do not know registration code as had this computer for years)

So, how do I get in to fix this if getting into safe mode fails and I have no reboot disc??

Lastly, i havent added an software or hardware so unsure what is causing this.

Can anyone help? I have searched google for answers and tried all I can but am now at a loss.

Thank you in advance.

Ok. so

Thank you. I am unsure what #1 means but if I have a working computer, can I create a repair using an external hard drive as don't have a USB or a DVD on either computer. If I choose this method, how do I know m registration key for windows?

Secondly, i have backed up important files/photos onto a hard drive (most anyway) so I choose this at last resort, how do I do a recover with ASUS?
