1. Back to factory conditions.
2. If that doesn't help, it's a warranty issue, so back to the shop for a free repair.
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that is just over a month old. It doesn't have any new software on it except for Google Chrome and a handful of extensions.
At least once a day (today it has been three times), the computer has crashed to the blue screen and stated that the error message is as follows:
"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (intelppm.sys)" -- occasionally happening without "(intelppm.sys)"
If I open the reliability monitor, this is what I see for today thus far:
If I open the event viewer: http://s28.postimg.org/p9ksfz04t/Event_Viewer.png
The specs are as follows:
Toshiba Satellite Laptop
Model: Satellite C55t-C5300
Purchase date : Jan 4, 2015
OpSys: Windows 10
Intel i3 processor
