blue screen poping memory dumping..

I use cyberlinkdvd 11 ultra for playback of my blue rays and i was wondering it just started making some blue screen pop up and do a countdown of memory dump is anyone else experiancing this problem using cyberlink.. i even emailed them cause i payed alot of money for there crap program.. because i thought when i installed my samsung blue ray into computer then used the disk that came with that had cyberlink but wasn't the one that was current to actually playback bluerays.. i got riped in otherwords by cyberlink to begin with.. but that's another story.. anyways i would greatly appreciate any help out there about this problem.. KW

It's not friendly of Samsung to sell you a blue-ray player without software to play it. That's not something to blame Cyberlink for, is it? You should have returned the player in stead of buying a program yourself. But that's too late now.

If the program worked before and doesn't work anymore, something changed on your system. Programs usually don't change, so it must be something else. Maybe, if you tell the details of that blue screen (error number and error description) somebody can help. Without that, it's impossible.
Again, this doesn't seem to be a Cyberlink issue.
