blue screen of death of Win32k.sys

well recently out of no wehre when im doing my own work on my computer, a random bsod comes out and says i have a win32k.sys error where i have idea what it is. anyone help?

Window XP Service Pack 2
Intel Pentium 4 3.00 GHz
512MB Ram
ATI 9600 All In Wonder Videocard

You typed "bsod",did you mean "BIOS"

Are there any numbers and/or letters also?

You can check event viewer,it might give some info,LINK

yea i didnt type it wrong. it was actally a BSOD and it came up as a win32k.sys error or something like that

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
