Question

Dec 31, 2012 11:00PM PST

The bluescreen is not going to tell us what caused it. That message is the aftermath report and is not useful most of the time. It's something we like to read but it rarely leads to the cause.

However your story of replacing motherboards does bring up a few questions.

1. Did you install the OS after this change?
2. Is this some high end gamer machine?

There's more but the fact remains that the BSOD screen is not going to tell us what's wrong in itself.

1. Yes. I installed Windows 7 after replacing the motherboard
2. I rarely play any games. I use my computer for browsing and Microsoft Office. Sometimes I play roadrash. Except that game, I don't play any other games.

And after installing your retail Windows 7

You have about a dozen drivers and apps to install. The clues here are very sparse. I can't see the cause yet but the top post is just the BSOD info which is the tip of the iceberg.
