First, download the latest audio drivers from Dell...the problem could just be resolved by that, though I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.
Second, reinstall the game, as it could be a faulty installation. Saved games should remain intact.
Finally, go Control Panel->System and Maintenance->System->Advanced system settings->Startup and recovery Settings and uncheck the option to automatically restart. The problem report displayed by Windows is not helpful to the end user, but the error message and STOP code displayed on the BSOD (Blue SCreen of Death) does enable you to troubleshoot the issue a little better.

The sound on my pokerstars software is also messed up and each sound whether it be the chips being put in or the cards being dealt seemed to get piled up and play slowly one at a time even after the action has been made, and they keep playing one by one until they are all played.
