many causes of error messages for Nero, but without details of your computer system it is difficult to analyze what the problem may be.

For now, do you have any other programs running when you try to use Nero? If so, shut them down.

When Scandisk keeps re-starting it is usually because something is interrupting the process.

It may be time to start checking your computer for viruses, spyware or adware. What anti-malware programs do you use? Make sure they are updated and do a full system scan using each one.
