Blue screen during reinstallation of Windows

Hello I have a problem with my computer during the reinstallation of my windows appears blue screen just before the reinstallation of the Complete.

Error code : 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFC0000005,0xFFFFF880054750CF,0xFFFFF880009E0318,0xFFFFF990009DFB70)

what can I do to complete the reinstallation?

Did you format the partition as part of the reinstall? If not, do that.

yes partition as formatet as part of the reinstall , the reason for reinstalling the computer is not turned on,comes to the logo and an error occurs , windows which I'm trying to install is windows 7

Disconnect all non-essential external devices (like printer, USB-sticks, speakers etc). Only keep mouse, keyboard and monitor (if not a laptop). Then try again.

If the fails, it most likely is some hardware error. That needs repair before continuing.
