I see this is Vista from one of your other two duplicate posts.

Be sure to supply some details. That code means nothing.

Tell the make, model and the all important story such as this happens right after I boot my PC and I see the PC Inspector 2012 Privacy Guardian screen.

For now I can't offer much except to clean your PC such as we see at this next link.

I did a factory reset and that did not help. This usually occurs when I am reading articles online. I did not notice any particular pattern. While browsing the through web pages it just shuts off with "blue screen error". also, i updated all my drivers from Hp.com, but that didn't help.

That's a clue.

Some sites will blue screen a machine today. The most common reason is the FLASH HARDWARE ACCELERATION SETTING (see google).

For now I'd turn that off (it was off for years!) and hope it's that.

How did the cleaning go?

Bob:
Thanks for the feedback, but it's not just websites. For example, earlier today I was installing windows updates without having my browser open and the blue screen came on in the middle of installation. Also, I forgot to mention in my original post right after the blue screen, I am having issues turning on my computer. It makes this annoying beep noise/sound and it will not turn on (I have force shut down manually front button and wait like 5 minutes).

That's an even better clue!

", I am having issues turning on my computer. It makes this annoying beep noise/sound and it will not turn on (I have force shut down manually front button and wait like 5 minutes)."

That is EXACTLY the symptom for TWO causes. Ready?

1. BAD CAPS. See google to see what to look for.

2. A slightly overtaxed power supply.

That HP is one that if some user installed a better video card could do what you are writing. But we only have the clues provided here.

-> Say, how did that cleaning go?
