Blue screen and cannot get in to windows

Hi all, i wanna ask,

Hi,all.I want to ask,

Why when i turn on my laptop,after the loading screen of microsoft windows there is a message like this : STOP:c000007b (bad image)
C:\Program Files\AVG\AV\avgps (whatever it) is either not designed to run on windows.Try installing the program using original installation media or contact your system administator the software vendor"

Can anyone help?the problem is on my laptop or the apps?

Stop errors (also sometimes called blue screen or black screen errors) can occur if a serious problem causes Windows 7 to shut down or restart unexpectedly. You might see a message that says, "Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer."

Try booting the machine in safe mode.

If it boots use msconfig/startup and look for avg.

If it's there untick it and boot to normal mode.

Last month i have same blue screen problem then i called an online help service and got a solution.

Great to finally hear a success from all that online services that are spammed so much. Can you tell what they did to solve the stop error caused by a bad image of C:\Program Files\AVG\AV\avgps ?
