Blue screen

by bcoleman20 / March 27, 2005 7:53 PM PST

I downloaded and used TurboTax (at least I completed my taxes). I now have the blue screen with the message "unmountable_boot_volume". The diagnostis failed on the hard drive and the techie said I need a new one. Any other opinions?
