When I encounter this either the owner has been in the BIOS or the HDD has been corrupted or died. The usual fix is to set the BIOS to defaults, try again then try a new HDD and factory reset the machine(use the DVD, USB you made when you got the machine.)
Hi I have a blue screen ...unmountable boot volume which happened during normal usage. I cannot get into safe start mode have tried f8 f5 f12 shift and f4 etc nor can I get the windows 10 media tool to start (usb stick) any suggestions?
