Jul 19, 2012 12:10AM PDT

Hello Guys,
I have a major problem here. I have two homes. In one I have a DSL ROUTER and in other I just have a wire which connects to the internet. The problem is that when I connect my Blue Ray Player. to the ADSL wire. It dosen't connect to the internet I have tried re-plugging the wire and also running the network setup whereas my net-book connects to the same wire and has access to the internet.

PLEASE HELP
ASAP

Thanks

No player I know connects to an "ADSL wire".

Maybe you didn't mean what you wrote but the only thing that connects to an "ADSL wire" today is an ADSL modem or ADSL modem/router.

Networking is not for everybody. Why not get someone to come in and set it up?

Yes, we do have a DSL ROUTER as we live in Saudi Arabia where we connect to ADSL

You wrote "I connect my Blue Ray Player. to the ADSL wire."

No player made will make that connection. You may want to have someone set it up for you with the usual ethernet or wireless to that DSL ROUTER.

Remember I can't guess if you meant something else. I have to take your word that you did what you wrote.
