If the reset doesn't help, try unplugging the unit.
With the disc tray empty, power back on and try pressing the FF button and hold it down for 15 seconds. If the unit still doesn't respond, it may require service. If it does, you can reach out to the Samsung customer service center at 800-SAMSUNG.
I just update the firmware to my bd-p1590 and when this finish the TV keep out of signal, and the blue ray stuck in the screen load, i tried to reset whit the FF button and nothing happens; before the update the blue ray it was working OK and the TV has a signal. i need some help
i already chat whit some one of the Samsung support and give me some advice but nothing happens, the blue ray keep stuck in load.
