Question

Bluboo X9 speaker doesn't work

Apr 1, 2016 7:43AM PDT

Hi, my girlfriend just bought a bluboo X9 phone, and one hour after she started to customize it, the sound from the speakers has gone. It works with earphones, and I don't think the speakers gave up after an hour.
I tried:
- Setting every sound setting, including the enhancements turned on and off in settings.
-Factory reset
-USSD codes to test speaker, although none of them worked, as the phone said there is some problem with MMI code(?).
Does anyone has a guess what could be the problem?
Thank you

Back to shop to fix it. That's called warranty.

It would be so great, if I could solve it

without sending the phone back. There have to be some detail I've missed.

You were clear to me. You did a factory reset

So there's no setting that's off. Factory reset so far has undone what settings or apps you did so it's done.

Answer
It's new so the problem is not ours or yours.

Back it goes to seller or maker to correct it. You already did the factory reset.
