Blu Ray Video Issue

I just got a Sony 1550 Blu Ray player. I have an Insignia Plasma TV. The Blu Ray player is awesome but there is one issue I am noticing. About every 15 minutes the video seems to drag a bit. The audio stays on point but the video doesn't flow, it sort of looks like slo motion for a bit...then corrects itself. I am connected through HDMI.

Any thoughts?

If so, pack and return it then at the store test drive other players.

This is the 2nd one I got actually. The other one did it more often. This one just does like every 15 minutes or so. I am not sure if I need higher quality HDMI cable or it there is something I can do in the setup of the Blu Ray Player
