Unlike a PC these devices have limits. My TV and some things can't display the JPEGs from my 14 megapixel camera either. 1080p is 1920x1080 or 3.456 megapixels. Yes the manual does call out 15360x8640 but JPEG can be compressed oddly or something else is in play.

Try a set of JPEGs at 1080p?

Hello Bob

Thank you for the quick response.

The jpegs are straight from my Nikon camera which is a D90. They are generally in the 3.2 mg range.

How do I set them at 1080p?

I use IRFANVIEW to batch convert a bunch.

For some odd reason, direct from camera JPEGs tend to bring up issues like that. If the 1920x1080 works try again but just batch convert and change the compression in IRFANVIEW to say about 51.
