Blu-ray featuring multiple disks for CDs

by GeorgiaDon / December 1, 2008 4:00 AM PST

I plan to replace my current 1 disk CD player and my DVD player. I've been reading about Blue-ray players and would like to find one that can play Blu-ray disks for movies and multiple CDs for audio listening. Are there any such units available, or do I have to purchase two separate devices? And, if I need 2 separate units, could you recommend them?

you looking for a multi disk BD/CD/DVD player??? yes sony makes 1 but it is VERY costly at $3k hold 200 disk & a 500gig HDD, Sony Home Entertainment Server Model Number: HES-V1000

BD players will play cd's too, but when it comes to CD/R's or CD/RW's it depends on the player & you would have to look at the manuel on each model your interested, it normaly listed in the 1st few pages.

But what's wrong with mp3? You can put lots of songs on a dvd disc. But I guess I have to agree that the fidelity may not meet your expectation.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
