I checked CNET for a comparison of the above and found the latest comments were years ago. Could there be an update somewhere?

I see that BR recorders appear to be on the wane. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100008607 600050464&IsNodeId=1&name=External Blu-ray Burner found only two which is quite odd.

Looks like the choices are slim and few.

And yet there are so many players. Could anyone give me a reason, since I would like to offer blu ray disks to my customers, since I put their memories in movie format, so they can watch it on their High Def. TVs

Sorry but I didn't find your question in your last post. I wonder if you were asking why so few BR recorders. It's likely the sales don't support more makers and more models.
