Blu Ray BD-P3600/3600A and Samsung 55 inch LED 8000 series

by clemracer / November 29, 2009 8:54 AM PST

We are thinking about purchasing a Blu Ray BD-P3600/3600A and wonder if the dongle that comes with the Blu Ray will take care of the updates for the TV (firmware, etc.) or do we have to purchase a different dongle to get those updates?

What do you think of the Blu Ray 3600/3600A if you own it?

Thank you for your input.

It will work for updates. It may not work so well

for video streaming though. But that is true with all wifi adapters (or even built in wifi). You are really better of hardwiring the box to your home network with an ethernet cable if at all possible for best performance.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
