Ditch the P2P program.
And no, I am not being funny. I suggest this for 2 reasons;
1] If you are sharing copyrighted files over a network, you are acting illegally and you run the risk of prosecution. In the UK this week 11 separate people were prosecuted for sharing mp3's thru P2P sharing networks. Their fines ran into
I dont exactly remember what it is called, but when i used my p2p program, my symatic norton antivirus program window popped out and said some kind of blood virus or something, and it couldnt be deleted. I noticed that it struck my temp files, so I deleted them through properties on local disk c. Then i tried scanning for the virus again using norton, and got nothing, no trace of it or anything. Is it safe to say its gone? any help or assistance would be appreciated.
