Blocking website

I've had no problems accessing the internet from our Company local network but recently because of misuse by other staffs, they have blocked websites that are completely harmless. When i try to access a sports site , i get the message that the website has been blocked because it contains a banned word. how can i get around this problem ? Please advise, thanks.

Help you out. Circumventing blocks they put into place is sometimes considered grounds for dismissal no matter how trivial you think it is.

Just ask the friendly IT staff to help out.
