Yeah, BlockBuster modified their service agreement about the no late fees about a month after they started that whole fiasco. They realized that people were excessively abusing the new privelege and practically weren't returning the videos at all, esp. the new releases. I think the limit is the first 7 days as you mentioned, and after that they charge a small late fee for each day. The fact that the lady only had to pay 12 bucks for 6 months is a pretty good darn deal in my opinion when one remembers how pricky they were before they did this whole new no-late-fee campaign.

Besides, this was 6 months ago, as much as she was pointing at the big print "NO LATE FEES", apparently she didn't notice that under those posters are a little * that states that they will charge a late fee after X amount of days. I'd say Buzz off to the lady who didn't bring her glasses.
