block p2p on my network! help plz

we are 8-10 of us friends living together and are having a hard time to totally stop p2p on our network(bitcommet and limewire etc...). they take up considerable bandwidth! someone or the other has his software on. to tackle this we want a software or a solution to track the computers usign it and to block p2p on the network.
is it possible?
need help asap!
any technical info needed to answer plz ask.
