Question

Bleeding from top of samsung 55" LED

Dec 26, 2014 6:45AM PST

This is the second time this is happened this time it's worse. Have looked and looked for similar complaints, have seen none. There are a series Of vertical lines only at the top in a paint drip type pattern. There are two levels of intensity, but run for most of the distance across the too. If you press the areas where the color is bleeding purpleish, and release pressure , you see a multitude of colors as you release for a couple of seconds

Don't tell them you are applying pressure

They might call that abuse and void the warranty. Just report it as-is and don't embellish. Let Samsung fix it.
