No need to burn to disk. Just download the setup program and copy it to a USB-stick.

When downloading the file, don't run it but save it to your hard disk. Then copy using My Computer. Or save it directly to your USB-stick.

If you can find a burnable CD that's surely possible. But it depends on the OS of the computer you use and/or on the burning program that's installed on it how to do that.
So just copying to a USB-stick is easier.

But how do you want to install the program if you can't access anything on that PC? To install it you surely must access the setup file. Well, maybe you can install and run in it after booting in Safe Mode.

If I go to malwarebytes.org and click a few times on download I arrive onhttp://www.techspot.com/downloads/4716-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html and if I click on the blue "download now" button then I the usual browser dialog box that ask me if I want to save the file or cancel. There isn't even an option to run it. So I click "save" and it saves.

All quite normal and as it should be. I never run any program directly from the web. I always download and save it first.

The file is 10.6 MB. My smallest stick (6 years old) is 128 MB. My largest one is 64 GB, that's 64,000 MB.
Yours must be very small if it can't even hold 10.6 MB.
