Clarification Request
Let's hear more.

Microsoft has some recent news of killing W7 on some machines.

Since it came with W8, I would have upped it to W10 and avoided this and other issues.

Advice? Reinstall it as it worked and look for that last free chance to get to W10.

reinstallation

thanks for reply
sorry for my previous incorrect statement
it happened before i install windows 7 into the computer
it will work out perfectly fine on next day(same as now)
so reinstallation probably won't work
I think it is some components or wires in my computer has been malfunction after my house black out

well, i would like to get W10
unfortunately i can't
thank you again for the reply,i hope you have a very good times

Why can't you?

I don't know if you took that last free upgrade path. It worked a few weeks ago and word is it will work today but soon to be closed.

As to the computer, if it needs repair, do that first.

Answer
Not clear

You started with windows 8 and then you installed windows 7.
Did the machine now work?

You mention windows 7 hardware.....what is that?

You mention a blackout.....when you had windows 8 or after installing windows 7?

Try to put things in chronological order so that members can draw a picture.

thanks for reply
sorry for my previous unclear statements
i mean i installed windows 7 into windows 8
in other word i use the windows 7 hard drive
and yes,the computer works completely fine
by mean, the one black-ed out is my house not the computer

this problem does no occurs every time after house black out
i has this problem even i used window 8 hard drive
to make it clear,
in past , i installed the original window 8
it had same problem after i install window 7
it will be completely fine again next day,so i believe it is no hard drive 's problem

thank you again for the reply,i hope you have a very good times

Blank screen
Apr 27, 2017 6:17AM PDT

So you had this problem with the original windows 8 install.

Then you switched to windows 7 and you still have this problem.

When this problem occurs do you get a quick bios screen before it goes to a blank screen?

Answer
did you go to computers manufacturers website
Apr 16, 2017 12:21PM PDT

did you go to the computer manufacturers website, search for your specific computer model and see if it even supported win7? if it does, did you download and installed the available win7 drivers? If it does not support win7, expect problems.

hard drive

thanks for reply
sorry for my previous incorrect statement
it can function completely fine before the black out(house)
my previous hard drive is windows 8 (32-bit)
it still had this problem after my house blackout
but it will completely fine again after a day
so it is no hard drive's problem
i want to know if components of my computer has been malfunctioned or the wires became loose

thank you again for the reply,i hope you have a very good times
