Since I receive such an application error when the pc is booted up, is there any way to resolve this? That is to stop this error prompt from appearing again. Thanks.

I was hoping by helping you identify the program that you might uninstall it, reinstall it and hope that fixes it.

But your reply didn't supply any new clues. Such as...

"Oh yeah, I did install that."
