Blackberry Curve - Alarms

by canlink / February 28, 2009 5:56 AM PST

I have just upgraded? to a Blackberry curve from a samsung cell-phone which had 3 sets of alarms. I can only activate one with the Blackberry and the only choice is every day or weekday. This seems a set-back Have I missed another approach of setting alarms?

Well just found a new program called myalarms that will allow the addition of 6 more alarms and is very easy to use. You must install it from a computer which means you need to install the BB Cd and then hook up your BB to the computer.

I searched and tried several applications, the best one I found was on the BBsmart website. It's only $4.95 and allows you to set several alarms with various tones and color indicators, and vibration settings. They also offer a 10 day trial. I liked it a lot more than MyAlarms.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
