Hey, maybe you can try to access the laptop in Safe mode. I went through of the black screen before but i press the F8 to enter the fase mode and now it works normally.
In my question on how to open a ACER Aspier E 15 I failed to say I get a black screen that ask for a current pass word that I do not have or was I given a disc or a flash drive .Is it possible to open laptop with a black screen and no password as would like to use it .Was given to me by someone who has moved and do not have a contact info Thank you
