You do the factory reset and DO NOT install any apps. Does it work right now?
have a Samsung s4 exhibit t599n and every time I make a call
when I starts dialing the screen turns black and I cant bring it back
so I can work on the screen after you place the call can some one
tell me how to fix this. Took battery out and pressed the power button for 1 minute but did not work.
