Bit Torrent creator vs. Net Neutrality

I like the analogy re: toll roads. I think they're right - if my current surfing speed is not affected, but for a premium I get faster speed, well then that's a choice I will make. In fact, with high-speed vs. high speed "lite" vs. dial up, many people make that decision already. I know it's a slippery slope...
