Bit of Batch renaming/moving

Dilema:

I have a folder full of folders etc like this

Main_Folder\Sub_Folder\Another_Folder\Content_Folder\Files
Main_Folder\Sub_Folder\Another_Folder\Content_Folder2\Files

Main_Folder\Sub_Folder\Another_Folder2\Content_Folder\Files
Main_Folder\Sub_Folder\Another_Folder2\Content_Folder2\Files

And so on for multiple folders

What I would like to do is the following

Main_Folder\Sub_Folder\Number(295 and up)\Content_Folder\Files
.....................................................................................\Content_Folder2\Files

So basicly, I want to move all the files up 1 folder, and then rename the folder the 2 folders are in... I have a strong feeling this can be done with a batch file, but can anyone give me the info I need to put in that file?

Thanks for any help and taking the time to read this.. If you need any more information, feel free to post and I will reply as soon as I can.
