"How do you access the Bios screen on a computer running XP?"

Not many machines allow such once XP is running, so I'll answer... No.

"I've tried the delete button on startup with no success??"

At this point in time, XP is not running. The buttons/keypresses are a maze of items such as F1 thru F12, Esc, Esc+Shift, and the list goes on. The make/model is needed and even then some BIOSes let us disable such.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
