the background image on Bing's initial search page?
If so, I am unsure that can be changed.
If you mean something else, please clarify.

Is there any way to just download 1 wallpaper picture,+ not have it always change pictures automatically?

I download those "themes" that are offered in Windows 7 and change them around to suit myself, but not sure what you are downloading?
Assuming that you have W7 since you are on the 7 forum. Right-click on your desktop, out in the open so you are not touching any icon. > you should get a menu. Scroll to "personalize". you should see icons of Themes. Scroll through them, see "Get more Themes online". Click there. > Select what looks good to you, Click the bar that says "Download". Wait for it to get in, takes 2 or 3 minutes on mine. When download is complete, see little rectangle "button" with name of what you just D.Loaded. Click there and you should have the entire theme.
NOW, your first question was how to select just one picture, You can go right click on desktop again, select Personalize again, and this time at bottom left of that page, click on "Wallpaper". You should see all the pictures in that one theme. You can check one picture and that one is what you will have. you can click "select all" and all will show in rotation.
Please let us know if this is what you wanted.
