The older PC users (hey that's me) are getting uppity at times as we watch what's happening to the industry. CHANGE is in the air and seeing the flood of smart phones, tablets you see the old things to be displaced or replaced.
A lot of folk are not ready for the next wave and some are mis-reading what it means to accommodate these new users and devices. I think XKCD explains one mis-reading well at http://xkcd.com/869/
There's a lot driving this change. My short list is that the devices give me access almost anywhere and I'm not installing a boatload of antivirus apps. It's something I use rather than maintain.
