seems like A+ for presentation effectiveness to me... For something less frivolous, I don't think it would make sense.
However, wow that this has occurred, I wonder how others will push their agendas/causes... And I wonder how SNL will parody this

I don't know if they can weed out all males out of the females, but male mosquito's don't bite.. With that said, I suspect if they were able to collect all males, then what Bill did is pretty much harmless but does get the shock & awe effect it deserves. 
Just a few mosquitoes and no danger. If that's true, which I'm betting it is, then good on ya Bill. If anything it wasn't provocative enough.
